Validation and redesign
Sofis involved TEKLAB during the process in validating and redesigning the key positions. With this product it is essential that the operation is guaranteed.
Product development
During this process, various adjustments were made and tested repeatedly. After delivering the design, we are involved in the series production of the key positions. We conduct a 100% check of each key position in a self-developed test setup and document this. Each key position is tested separately before it is placed in the cabinet.
Contributing to Safety
The key positions are used, among other things, in the petrochemical industry to maintain process safety. Additionally, Sofis contributes to a large-scale project, the Northern Lights Project: Northern Lights is developing an open and flexible infrastructure to transport CO2 from capture sites by ship to a reception terminal in western Norway for temporary storage, before it is transported via pipeline to a secure and permanent storage location in a reservoir 2,600 meters below the seabed.
