ViQtor is self-contained and portable and offers benefits for both patients and healthcare providers. The bracelet is worn comfortably on the upper arm and is available in different shapes and sizes.

Creating a simple solution
Smaller than a smartphone, the ViQtor is designed to be worn inconspicuously under clothing. The challenge was to produce a wearable bracelet for 24-hour tracking that remains comfortable.
TEKLAB was faced with the task of creating a comfortable strap for the ViQtor for 24-hour monitoring, with a focus on usability and cost-effectiveness. Inspired by smartwatches and healthcare wearables, the band uses Coolmax fabric, a high-tech material that keeps users dry and comfortable by wicking moisture away from the skin. Through iterative design processes and using high-quality 3D printing, the desired solution was achieved.

Close collaboration with SmartQare, incorporating market feedback and internal testing during the design phase led to successive improvements. The control device itself is compact, measuring 94 x 55 millimetres and weighing 100 grams, and can be easily worn on the upper arm with a special bracelet. Different types of bracelets are available so that the device remains discreet under clothing.
