A tangible product to test 

Testing the product designs created is super important and often occurs several times during a product development project. Prototyping is the best way to do this. Digital forms of testing are also being used, such as VR and AR, but this is not (yet) suitable for all phases or products. The mechanical processes we use for your project make a prototype better and more realistic. Turning, milling, casting, forming/folding, punching, 3D printing, welding, soldering, coating and lacquering, a lot is possible.

Internally and externally 

An important part of the prototyping is done internally at TEKLAB, in the spacious workshop. We work together with a large network of suppliers to realize the other components. We always carry out the assembly, final assembly and checks internally. Our ISO-9001 process is also followed here.

Product improvements 

Testing a product or an intermediate version of a product provides invaluable additional value. Information about the use and use of the product, but also about production methods and choice of materials. The results of the test work are immediately incorporated into the designs, to create an even better product.
